Lori Stone is in her 27th year as an educator. She spent 20 years as a classroom teacher. For the past 7 years, she has been the librarian at YBES. She received her bachelor’s degree from Radford University and her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Virginia. She became certified as a librarian through UVA Wise. She loves reading, spending time with her family, camping, and boating. She is married to Shawn Stone and has two children, Emma and Andrew.
